Is High Blood Pressure After Heart Failure And Pulmonary Hypertension Harmful?

I just diagnosed with right heart fail severe pumonary hypertention.PAH and have been using nebulizer iloprost . I feel much better and have stopped meds. Blood pressure after walking today was 154/102 that s high but I can breathe betrr. I think it s better the arteries have gone to normal. Is this command

NO SIR,U SHOULD NOT STOP MEDICINES OTHERWISE YOU CAN DEVELOP LIFE THREATNING COMPLICATIONS because of PAH N RIGHT HEART FAILURE
