Is High Fever And Hot Feet Normal When Suffering From Influenza A?

My 4 year old has influenza A. Her fever has fluctuated all night from 99-102. Her feet are super hot though. I put a cold wash cloth on them and the wash cloth gets hot. She is currently on her first dose of tamiflu and ibuprofen ever 8 hours. Is this normal?
