Is Hitting A Nerve Possible While Injecting Trimix?

Hi, my doctor just put me on Trimix. We did the first dose at the office and I had no problems. I did the second dose at home and Injected it wrong into a vein. I almost passed out and felt my blood pressure drop. It than spiked along with my heart rate. I had to go to the hospital and it took a while to calm down. He said that he thinks it s ok for me to try it again tomorrow but I am just wanting a second opinion because I am nervous now. We went over the correct area to inject again since I made that mistake, I guess I was nervous and defiantly learned from it. Have you ever heard of that happening from hitting a vein while injecting the Trimix?
