My wife s Test Reports are as follows : TRIGLYCERIDES SERUM = 263 High Density Lipoprotein Good Cholesterol = 36.7 Low Density Lipoprotein Bad Cholesterol = 109.70 Very Low Density Lipoprotein VLDL = 52.60 Total Cholesterol / HDL Cholesterol = 5.42 LDL / HDL Cholesterol Ratio = 2.99 Blood Sugar Fasting = 143 HbA1C (Glycosylated haemoglobin) = 7.6 GAMMA GT = 57.2 Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP) = 134 LDH Serum = 162 pls suggest and also HOMEOPATY can cure.
You should do the test after 10-13 hour of fasting. That gives a accurate result. Take following advice: 1. Regular 45 minutes of exercise in morning 2. Avoid spicy and fatty foods 3. Take small frequent meal rather than large meal 4. Take diabetes medicine regularly. 5. Avoid sweets 6. Take complex carbohydrate like whole grain 7. Avoid coldrinks containing high corn syrup
Homeopathy can be useful. But along with you can take allopathy with diet and excercise. Also do regular follow up for cardiac profile like blood pressor and Lipoprotein A Hope this may help you. Best regards Dr. Sagar
