hey i am very concerned about my friend he thinks this is 1st time being consipated and he went to the bathroom 2 times and he has drank hot tea and now he is bout to drink water does this help

Hi.. Hot tea can help in prevention of constipation.. In some circumstances it can increase the gastric motility and help in constipation..
