Hi,

Indications for hysterectomy is:
1. Fibroid uterus.
2. Endomeyriosis.
3. Uterine prolase.
4. Gynecological cancer.
5. Persistent vaginal bleeding.
6. Cchronic pelvic pain.

Thikended endometrium is not a absolute indication for hysterectomy. Please get it done ultrasound abdomen for uterus thickening. Also check for uterine fibroid. Check for pelvic inflammatory disease, etc. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
