Is I Pill Safe To Avoid Pregnancy ?

My age is 24years.I had my periods on 12December.on 18th day of my cycle my partner n me were just touching each others private part wit condom on n he was tryin to penetrate minebut very little.after two to three times of attempt he just was able to put very little inside me wit a condom wearing.while the fourth time he tried n his was still outside vagina only d condom tore from side.he said he was dry still n am not sure if after condom tore if his touched my vagina outside or not as we immediately separated from each others n I washed my private parts thoroughly n urinated too.I am not on any birth pills.but as I fall in danger period I took I pill 6hours after it.we are not sure if anything could have happened as he told he didn't feel himself to be wet.but as condom broke wat could have happened am not sure n took an I pill.was it worth takin an I pill just bcs his genital touched inner thigh close to vagina barely as I fear but not sure or can't recollect if it actually touched or not .wil my chances of getting pregnant in future wil be reduced by takin I pill once.we wil be careful next time regarding condom use.I have regular period occurs between 28to 32days of month since last 6months without any delay.am worried if Der is anything about I pill dat can affect my health n pregnancy chances in futurewas it worth takin I pill for mental satisfaction even if Der has been no proper intercourse n just tried to penetrate wit condom on .please help
