Is Immediate Surgery Advisable Based On This Echo Report?
My husband is 43 years old. In 1994 he had gone through ballooning process of Mitral valve in Sgpgi Lucknow. after that 2010 he felt chest pain and the diagnosis was Aortic regurgitation Mild to moderate and he took Panted 400 and warf 10 mg as doctor advised. Now some days back he felt high bp and pulse rate at 160-165 . Then again he gone through 2D Echo diagnosis and results is- Mitral stenosis Moderate Aortic Regurgitation severe Tricuspid valve no calcium Peak velocity 5.04m/s AR PH 344m/s Contentic Hypertrophy of left ventricle present No wall motion abnormaly seen Normal LV Function EF 66% No PH Now suggest me Is surgery is expected or essential? And how much time we can postpone the surgery?
