Is Increased Dosage Of Thyroid Medication Right Treatment To Lower TSH Levels?
yesterday i got my reports on thyroid t3 t4 are normal but my tsh increased to 11.6 from normal range i was on dose 50mcg now my doctor suggests me to take 100 mcg a sharp increase in dosage. My ANTI MICROSOMAL ANTIBODY (AMA) was 1300, (done one year back) please suggest how long should i take tablets is there any alternative

I really appreciate your concern, if this is thyroid dysfunction then you need to continue medicine for long time, you have not given complete parameters of thyroid hormone test, TSH would be matter of concern, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
