General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your PSA level of 3 is within normal range (under 4 is acceptable). These types of changes are related to inflammatory processes or infection of the prostate gland. If you do not feel any other symptom and your urine test was clear, your current treatment is okay. Just keep regular follow up with urologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
