Is Induced Medical Coma Advisable For A Person With Elevated Levels Of Lithium?

Hello, my sister is currently in an inducted medical coma because she had an overdose of lithium. 3.7 she was having seizures over and over for 3 days! They could not get her level down. They tried to reduce the sedation medicine today so she can wake up. My question is if her eyes seemed fixed but she tried to get up using her arms and legs, do you think there is brain injury? They put her back under because it raised her heart level.
