Is Inducing Vomiting To Relieve Nausea Harmful During Pregnancy?

I am currently 11 weeks pregnant. I have been suffering from morning sickness for 6 weeks now. I was feeling really sick all day but couldnt through up finally when i got home i induced vomitting myelf because i felt so terrible. Afterwards i felt so much better. Is this really bad for the baby, i just couldnt take the feeling anymore...

I understand your concern.
Self induced vomitting is not likely to cause any harm to baby , but it is likely to cause side effects like hoarse voice/ throat inflammation/ acid reflux & dental cavities.
It's better to try for good digestion/ avoid vomiting & nausea by managing diet plan ( small/ frequent feeds with less spicy food. )& proper medication with doctor's advise.( doxinate plus at bed time/ digestive enzymes )
