What Causes Delayed Menstruation And Negative Pregnancy Test?

I m 39 yrs old and am in generally good health. about a week ago i started experiencing vomiting and bad nausea. the vomiting/nausea lasts all day & night. i also noticed my period is late. i had my tubes tied 13 yrs ago. i took a pregnancy test which was negative. the vomiting/nausea has reduced some the past 24 hrs but is still there. my lower stomach feels somewhat distended too. i forgot to mention that prior to the on set of stomach problems i ve been very tired and feel poorly. almost like i m running a mild fever.

women who are near to menopause may have irregular menstural cycles nothing to be get worried. so please consult specialist and had a usg , fever may be due to infection.
