Is Infertility Treatment Advisable For A Woman With PCOD?

Respected doctor i am a 28yrs old women married since 3yrs.we were not living together after our marriage due to our job.last February 2016 onwards we are staying together.i am having pcod.and was on treatment tab.metformin.since i lost my weight very badly i stoped it.after that i consulted another doctor in my hometown.he adviced me to tske tab.siphene when we are together.then i stoped that too in April 2016.after that am having regular periods till now.is there any need for further treatment like follicular study and other infertility treatment.am trying to conceive but still not yet.kindly answer me.
