the chest of 26 years old male reports says : there are hazy densities seen in the right paracardiac region , heart is not enlarged, aorta and pulmonary vascular markings are with in normal limit, tranchea is midline, both hemidiaphragms and costoprenic sulci are intact. the visualized osseous structures are unremarkable,,, CONCLUSION : CONSIDER AN INFLAMMATORY PROCESS IN THE RIGHT PARACARDIAC REGION since i was asian and not so familiar in disease the doctor says something about this but his word cant sink in my mind frankly i dont understand what it means .. does it mean a ptb thing? pulmonary tuberculosis?

Yes, Paracardiac haziness in Asian is suspicious of pulmonary tuberculosis. Please get lab tests done as sputum for acid-fast bacilli, TLC DLC ESR AND RBS. If you are having symptoms like cough or fever or night sweets or loss of weight, then there is high suspicion of tuberculosis. If you are not having such symptoms, then it may be the healed pathology of old tuberculosis infection.
