Is Ingesting Blood From Vagina During Oral Sex Harmful?

My boyfriend gave me oral sex for the first time today. While he was doing so, blood got into his mouth, either from my hymen being torn recently from him fingering me, or my period coming up, anyways, i wanted to know if this is dangerous, because weve only had sex with each other once, so neither of us have any STDs, so is it dangerous?

I really appreciate your concern, this may be danger or this may not be danger, depends upon what type of blood it was, if this was the pure blood then this may not danger, if this was infected then this may be danger, if no clinical symptoms are there then this is nothing to worry, take care, have a nice day.
