Hi,
I don't know how is your ovulation after the drilling procedure still Merculon being. two hormone contraceptive acting by suppression of ovulation while on pills and rebound stimulation of ovulation by normalising menstrual hormones after stopping the course of pills. From this point of view, it's a correct way to achieve pregnancy in PCOD cases.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
