Is Intake Of Abortion Pills In Short Intervals A Cause For Concern?

hello - my partner in june had a medical abortion pre 8 weeks via a pill that caused contractions etc... - she is pregnant again now may (3 weeks max) I wonder if the pill again will pose a risk to her health for concieving a child a year later. It is unfeasable to have a child now due to her just finishing a phd and starting work in a few months - as it is just one of us working - any advice would be welcomed. we are not married so family would look poorly upon the practice.

I have read your description and understand your concern.
Repeatedly using abortion pills to induce abortion is not good for health. Since every medication has side effects, use of such pills frequently would certainly cause adverse effects in some form.
Most commonly noticed adverse effects include menstrual disturbances like heavy bleeding, pain during menstruation and irregular bleeding. Also, there is an increased risk of pelvic inflammation which could lead to blockage of the tubes.
Hence, using these pills more frequently could lead to decrease in fertility and difficulty in conceiving at later stages of life.
Kindly take adequate precautions by use of contraceptives next time when you are indulging in sexual activities.
