Hi, my Hb level is 8.5 n my dr prescribed me tab livogen z n 2 tabel spoon eco prot powder with 1 cup milk every day. I m talking them daily since last 2 months n i m feeling like i m putting on weight n some pimples too on my face. So plz guide me ... is it necessary to take protine powder with livogen z ???
