Is Intense Exercise Advisable After Taking A Plan-B?
Hi I just took plan B right now about 10 mins ago and it s little less than 24 hours ago the accident happened....my question is as ransoms as it is, after taking plan B I was planning on right now starting a hard core cardio class for 30 mins. Can I do that directly after taking the pill?

No, but for comfort issues rather than any other. The instance of general feeling unwell is about 50% and this is worsened with high cardio. It isn't unsafe though.
