Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If you have sex or masturbation, there are no problems but make sure that your Blood pressure (BP) is in the normal range.

If you get excited and the BP shoots up, then you can end up in problems. But if you are not hypertensive and clinically stable, then go for it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. ARCHANA
