Is Internal Hemorrhoids Associated With Bloody Stools, Frequent Urination & Fever?
I think i have internal hemmorrhoids. it s been going on for a week now and I am have light blood on my stool and on tissue, constant urge or defication, paid in my rectum area. Also, i ve been experiencing off-and on fever spells as well. do you think this is the case or something else i m battling?
You can have dysentery like infection as fever and blood in stool.... Get your stool examined for pus cells or eggs of parasites.... If pus cells there then bacterial dysentery can be there for which antibiotic needs to be given.... If stool shows eggs or trophozoites of parasites then amebic dysentery can be there....for which metronidazole needs to be given....
If dysentery not there then get your anal area examined for hemorrhoids for which proctoscopy examination needed.... Avoid straining at stool and stool softener needed for it.... Excess spicy food restricted...
If still cause not clear colonoscopy done.
Take care.
