Is Iron Level Of 3 A Cause For Concern?

Hi I just received my blood report back and my iron level is 3, I have had a colonoscopy to see if everything s ok and it was, now waiting til Friday to have a pelvic ultrasound then see my g.p again on Monday next week, I m 44 and are feeling so exhausted ,

Discussion:- The given iron report may not valid because the normal iron level is 38 to 50 % or it may be 50 to 70 micro gram per deci letter, if this is just 3 then it is too low, it could be medical emergency.
Medication:- NA
Advise:- Re assessment needed
