Is Is Safe To Give Zincat-OD For Vomiting In Infants?

my child is 4 months old. last month he has diarrhea.the doctor recommended Zincat OD for two weeks. now he is ok but some time vomits his milk which we feed him. can we give him a dose of Zincat OD in that condition or you recommended some medician

Hello. Thanks for asking Healthcare Magic. Zincat OD contains zinc which is usually used to control diarrhoea in children. If he is vomitting milk then you can give ondasetron syrup 2mg/5ml. Give 2.5 ml on empty stomach. If he does not improve, do consult a pediatrician.
