Is Is Safe To Take Potassium Medications For Leg And Foot Cramping?

im having a lot of cramping in my neck back hips legs, basically like Charlie horses that wont let up with stretching or moving around real bad at night when I lay down my whole body does it. I take potassium 99mg one a day it helps some but I don t know if I should be taking it

You should not take potassium medicine if you do not have evidence that you are having low potassium in your blood. Cramping can be caused by many reasons. First, you should see a doctor find out what is the cause of muscle cramping.
