Is It Anal Fissure That Is Causing Pain In Buttocks And Has An External Hemmaroid?

I went to er yesterday they said I had a external hemmroid which I knew but I have never been in this much pain before that I cant even go to the bathroom without literally squeezing my buttocks so tight because of the severe pain. could this be an anal fissure.? I mean I cant even pass gas with out it hurting.

Hi...it may be because your hemorrhoids may have got thrombosed...you need to get operated upon to remove them...show to a surgeon...till then start on antibiotics and analgesic...
