dear
Apart from the xray findings are you having any symptoms like cough feaver horseness or chest discomfort.
For hazy ness on the midfle lobes we can think of infection possibly pneumonia. More over are we having a continuous weight loss?
For any symptomatic cough we can continue with a cough syp along with antibiotics.
Please do make it a point to get yourself clnically examined with a routine blood investigation aswrll.
hope this helps
most welcome for further queries
