Is It A Matter Of Concern If Child Fell Twice And Hit The Same Spot On The Head And Bumps Got Larger?

My son fell and hit the back of his head. He had a large lump and two small ones. I put a cold compress on. About an hour later he fell again and hit the same spot! The bumps got larger...I waited 2 hours before letting him sleep. Should I be worried?
