Is It A Matter Of Concern That Am Unable To Fully Retract Foreskin Of Penis During Intercourse?

I can fully retract my foreskin when flaccid. When I am erect it doesn t automatically retract past the head and instead only about half way to it. I manually pull it back and it can go past the head and a little further. After that it is uncomfortable and gives off pain. I am worried that if I have sexual intercourse the foreskin wouldn t be able to retract to a needed position. When I masturbate, If I rub from the top to bottom... I couldn t because my foreskin will be retracting to a point I can t. Normal? Do I need to do something? Should I be worried about this?
