Hi,

Yes, your having large fibroid uterus. you have to undergo surgical hysterectomy or myomectomy otherwise it may lead to:
1. Dysfunction uterine bleeding.
2. Intraperitoneal rupture.
3. Mass effect on surrounding structures.
4. Malignancy transformation, etc.

Please consult your gynecologist she will examine and treat you accordingly.
