Is It Advisable To Do Stretching Exercise When Suffering From Sciatica?

Am having Sciatica symptoms, what is recommended in the way of stretching, etc.? I am a 74 year old female, with really good flexibility and I exercise 6 out o7 and employ resistance, weights, and resistance ball practices three days a week. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

As you have problem of sciatica, and you want to do stretching exercise. I suggest you to do hamstring stretching exercise for getting relief in pain from sciatica.
You can also do your routine exercise. Just keep in mind that do not get over stretch of your muscles.
