Is It Advisable To Drink Coconut Water For A Diabetic?

I am 53 years old. My blood sugar level. At fasting 115 and after intake of food after two hours, it is 182. I regularly take tender coconut water on alternate days. Can a diabetic drink tender coconut on a regular basis. Is it advisable or it should be stopped. Please suggest me your answer. Many thanks.
