Is It Advisable To Eat Food Before Taking Tylenol And Acetaminophen?
Hello. I took 1 gram of Tylenol brand acetaminophen. I drank about 2 glasses of orange juice about half an hour before the medicine. All this about an hour ago because I had some shoulder pain that has now disappeared. I haven t taken other medicines for about a week. Should I be worried about food interactions? Thank you very much.

But remember, orange juice is a acid stimulant. At the same time acetaminophen can irritate gastric mucosa, so never take that combination again
These tabs should always be taken after food, Taking this combo for one time, is definitely not a problem. So, relax!
