Anesthesiologist 's  Response
Hello,

You seem to be suffering from irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea predominant. Treatment includes the following:
1) Treatment with anti diarrhea drugs like:
Diphenoxylate hydrochloride with atropine sulfate (Lomotil)
Loperamide
2) Antibiotics like rifaximin
3) Anti-depressants like Imipramine and Amitriptyline
4) IBS agents like Lubiprostone and Linaclotide
5) You can take Darolac as its a good probiotic.

You need to consult a gastroenterologist for detailed clinical examination and specific diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
