Is It Advisable To Take Magnesium Citrate To Clean Toxin In The Body?

Colon Cleansing. Hello, I have a very fast metabolism so I am worried about colon cleansing because I do not want to lose weight. However, I am very interested in cleansing the toxins out of my body and possibly relieving my often occurring headaches. Do you think drinking 12 ounces of Magnesium Citrate is a good idea?

Your 'often occurring headache' needs to be clinically investigated. Kindly consult a neurologist for the same.

Although cleansing toxins out of your system is a great idea, taking unregulated amounts of magnesium citrate is certainly not. Drinking 2-3 litres of water is quite sufficient. Do visit your neurologist for your undiagnosed headache.
