Is It Advisable To Take OTC Combiflam To Get Some Sleep?
hi! i am a student and i have two exams back to back tomorow.i can not sleep because i have to study a lot.but i have to stay awake to complete the course.and my head is saturated because i have been studying since 11 in d morning.can i take combiflam and get rest for 1 hour and then start studying again? will it help?
It is not advisable to take it to get some sleep. OTC Combiflam is a combination of two non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs ibuprofen and paracetamol which work together to reduce pain, fever, and inflammation and hence commonly used to treat headache, muscle pain, menstrual cramps, toothache and joint pain. It is not effective in getting sleep hence it will not help. Moreover it may cause heartburn, indigestion, nausea, and stomach pain. Hence, I advise you to relax and try to sleep at least two to three hours and start studying again.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
