I am suffering from running nose and cough and am taking Montair LC for last 4 days (one tablet before sleep). I am also having headache, eyes and pain in my shoulder muscles..
Can I take combiflam for that or is it not advisable to take combiflam when suffering sinus

in my opinion brufen and paracetamol dries up secretions causing more pain
in my opinion you can start using flunarazine tab 10 mg night and can use any pain killer except brufen paracetamol (combiflam has both the salts)like diclofenic
aciclofenic mefanic acid etc
