Hi,
Telma 80-H is a combination of two medications
telmisartan and
hydrochlorothiazide commonly prescribed for the effective control of
high blood pressure.
Whereas Telma-AM H 80 is combination of three medications telmisartan, amlodipine and hydrochlorothiazide also commonly prescribed for the effective control of poorly controlled blood pressure with the use of telma 80-H or other similar medications.
By taking an extra blood pressure lowering drug amlodipine inadvertently you might develop very low blood pressure (
hypotension), increased heart beats, palpitations, dizziness, flushing,
constipation and swelling of the feet and ankle.
So, in view of the above I advise you to stop taking telma-AMH 80 immediately and start taking telma-80 H again.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
