Is It Advisable To Take A Multivitamin While Taking Effexor And Klonopin?

Will it hurt to take a multivitamin while taking effexor and kolonopin? What s the best way to get rid of anxiety symptoms? Including blurred vision, face numbness, head feeling funny, ect. Is there any natural remedy that will help lessen these symptoms?

Hello,

Yes, you can take multivitamin pills while taking effector and Klonopin. There are no interactions or adverse effects for multivitamin pills. The following are few tips I give to those who come to me with similar symptoms:
1) Daily 7-8 hours of sleep is necessary
2) 12-14 glasses of water must be drunk daily
3) Daily exercise for 45 min at least 5 days a week would help relieve stress and reduces anxiety significantly.
4) Daily meditation would also help in dealing with anxiety and stress.
5) Please do not stop your medication abruptly. It will have withdrawal effects.
6) Always talk to the doctor before stopping or decreasing the dose of any medication.
7) Eat fresh fruits and veggies in large quantities.
