Is It Advisable To Take Supplement To Make Skin, Nails Healthy?
Hello. I am interested in using some products from a company call ItWorks. The products are a supplement called hair skin and nails which makes your hair skin and nails healthy and makes your hair grow faster. The other product is a body wrap, you put it on your stomach and it makes you lose inches of loose skin. From what i understand is is pulls the toxins out of your fat cells and you are required to drink lots of water for three days to ensure the toxins pass through your urine. I am wondering if it will be safe to use while breastfeeding. My daughter is almost six months old if age makes a difference. I can get the ingredients for you if you need them. Thanks.
Hello Welcome here. I would advise you to not take, apply or consume any fancy products based on company claims. Such drugs/products should only be used if recommended by a doctor or if there is enough scientific literature on it. There can be unexpected side effects. It can even effect breast milk. It would great if you can list the ingredients of the product you wish to use.
Hope this helps. Thanks.
