Is It Advisable To Undergo Normal Activities After Frozen Embryo Transfer ?

HI , I had a frozen embryo transfer 2 days ago. Though the doctor said its completely fine to get into normal activities, still its making me worried everytime Im bending to take things out from dishwasher or stretching my self to reach out some thing on the top shelf. Also those postures are creating some kind crampings for few seconds. Are these common and fine ?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thanks for your question. Its absolutely normal to carry out routine activities after frozen embryo transfer. Perhaps strenuous activities should be avoided.

Because of the procedure there will be mild crampings in the lower abdomen. This is absolutely normal. It will reduce in a week or two. Hope the procedure will be successful. Have a nice day.
