Is It Advisable To Wear Nylon Garment On The Graft Sites?

I had a skin graft on both knees and left elbow in july. How long will it take for the skin to look normal again both on the graft site and the donor site? Also the graft on my left knee expels small amounts of a whitish fluid when pressed. I ve been using antibiotic cream on it but should I be taking oral antibiotics? Also my doctor gave me a nylon garment to wear on the graft sites that puts pressure on those areas. Is it a good idea to use that?

After going through your query I concluded that you have got skin grafting on both knees. One of site is having white discharge.It is infected. I think you should take oral antibiotics for it.
