What Causes Skin Irritation On The Buttocks?
I ve had a long standing irritation at the top of the crack of my butt. Always thought it was contact dermatitis since I wear nylon long johns most of the year here in Wyoming. Finally occurs to me that the scaly feeling along with discomfort might be fungal. Trying fungal creme.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a fungal infection.
I suggest using an antifungal cream such as Miconazole cream.
I also recommend using Fluconazole.
Hygiene is also very important.
