MY WIFE IS A DIABETEIC. SHE COMPLAINS OF PAIN IN THE KNEES IS IT A DIABETIC OR ORTHOPADEIC PROBLEM?

it can be an ortho problem
you hv not mentioned her age.
she might have developed osteoarthritis (OA) knee.
take an Xray knee Bilateral to rule out any joint problem.
try taking physio sessions if OA is reported.
hot water fomentation will also help.
