Is It Because Of Piercing Of Nipple That My Breast Is Sore And Hurts While Touched ?

hi i got my nipple pierced about a month ago, and its not infected because no puss is coming out, no redness, nothing, but my breast (around the nipple) is very sore and hurts to the touch. What can it be?

There may be infection underlying.
Go for one antibiotic course of medicines.
Apply antibiotic cream after proper cleaning.
