Is It Better To Take Glutathione Tablets Or Carofit For Skin Whitening?
Hello Doctor,
I consulted my doctor today for Glutathione treatment which i came across recently for skin whitening, she suggested me Carofit plus tablets but when ii came across the content of the tablet i no where see Glutathione in it but I understood that Vit C and Vit E are precursors for Glutathione production in our body. Here i just want to understand is it better to take ready Glutathione tablets or precursors? Please sugggest me which one is more effective for skin whitening and anti ageing treatments?

Hello.it is better to u glutathione precursors for fair skin or antiaging rather than glutothine itself.as vit c and vit e themselves act as antioxidants as well as they produce glutathione eence it will have dual effect.so carotin plus is more effective
