Is It Common To Feel Tired While Taking Strattera For ADD?

I was recently diagnosed with ADD (as a 50 year old female). The doctor has put me on Strattera. I ve been on the medication for about 4 weeks and have not noticed a great difference in being more attentive or focused. In fact, I m feeling tired during the day. I exercise every morning. Is this common and/or is there another med you could suggest or that I could research?

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You are not being focussed,or attentive, tired, and you are aged 50years and female.
There may be a deficiency of the hormone, estrogen due to the pre menopause, or there may be anemia,or some chronic infection.
I advise you to consult an endocrinologist for diagnosis and treatment.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have blood, stamina, and resistance against the infections.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
