Is It Concerning If You Can T Listen Properly After Ear Infection?

Hi, i am suffering from severe ear infection since last friday but since monday i can t listen properly it feels like i Am in plane and i can listen a sound continuosly in my ear. So is this ok or there is something wrong going with ear because someone told me that these are the symptoms of loss hearing please help me out Thanks

I had gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
Hearing loss could be associated with ear infection. But once the infection resolves the hearing should recover.
If its persisting or progressing it should be evaluated BT clinical examination and if required audiometery.
Consult your ENT doctor for the same.
