Is It Dangerous To Have Chest Pains, Nausea And Pain The Left Arm?

I am a 56 year old black female with high blood pressure, thyroid problems, high cholestrol. For the last three days, I have been very nauseated, watery mouth, chest pains (very sore between my breast) and left arm pain. Should I get to the ER or a doctor's visit?

Hello
You are 56 years female ,
High blood pressure ,
high cholesterol,
chest pain radiating to the left arm .
Nausea
At the age of 56 years, patient with high B P , high cholesterol , radiating pain in the left hand are concerning. You need to investigated with E K G and ECHOCARDIOGRAM to isolate the case.
I would recommend you visit a " CARDIOLOGIST " at the EARLIEST & sort this problem.
Thyroid problem is nothing to do these symptoms ( directly ). However nausea , salivation from mouth ( watery mouth ), chest pain may be due to hyper acidity ,tension or gastritis .
Since you are a known case of high B P & cholesterol so should consult a CARDIOLOGIST.
Good luck.
