Is It Difficult To Perform A Gastric Sleeve Surgery After Removal Of The Adrenal Gland?

I went in for the sleeve surgery and in the middle of it my surgeon found a mass. He closed me up without finishing. I had the mass removed along with my adrenal gland. It was just a fatty mass. Now I want to have the sleeve done and my surgeon said he will do it but there is no guarantee that he will be able to do it once he’s in there because of the adrenal surgery ( open surgery). Is he just being overly cautious by telling me this or is this really the case? Is it possible that he won’t be able to do the sleeve surgery?

Hi,

You can consult a bariatric surgeon and plan for seeve surgery. However it is better to wait couple of months for a repeat surgery:

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
